  • ​$1,500,000, 3 year Navy Phase II SBIR (Note: see below for Phase I, 2007). "Automated Archerfish EO / Sonar Detection Techniques for Naval Mines​." Objective: build/test a complete, scalable, open architecture software system prototype of the Electro-Optical Sonar Identification System (EOSIS) with an excellent detection and classification capability for submerged mines. ​more>

  • Subcontract on DARPA "Non-conscious Processes for Situation Awareness and Clutter Rejection" project. eCortex provided Leabra model architectural and answerline support.
 
AlphaTRAC, Inc
  • Subcontract on the PolARES project for Department of Energy and other agencies. eCortex provided its Leabra model of contextual decision-making for emergency management and interface between PolARES GUI and Emergent in Java.​

Adaptive Cognitive Systems
  • Subcontractor on ACS's "Adversarial Behavioral Modeling" project; developed extensions of the DTank simulation environment in Java.
  • Subcontract on ACS's AFOSR CASEMIL STTR. Developed spatial processing algorithms in C++ and a Java based communication hub for cognitive models interacting with simulation environments.

  • Navy Phase I SBIR, "Automated EO/IR Detection Techniques for Floating Objects." Developed Leabra models and visual processing algorithms to filter false positives in floating mine detection
